  1. When will my order ship once purchased?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the date of purchase, depending if the item was purchased during normal business hours. If it is a custom made design, the item will ship immediately after the designing process is complete.

*Please note: There will be an additional fee of $30.00 for rushed custom orders.

 

  1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all payment methods including: PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Shopify Pay, Apple and Google Pay, JCB, Diners Club and Venmo.

 

  1. How do I track my order?

Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with the order information.

 

  1. Do you offer International shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

 

  1. What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Sometimes UPS or FedEx, unless expedited or international then we ship via FedEx or DHL.

 

  1. Can you make me a custom design that’s not on the site?

Yes, we offer custom design options, to inquire about a custom design please visit our custom request section or email info@melanje.com with any further questions.

 

  1. I cannot place an order, what do I do?

If you are having problems trying to place an order, email a picture of the product you are interested in with your contact information to info@melanje.com.
